The Kock family has been a familiar face, in glasses and later contact lenses, in Nijmegen since the 1950s. Robert Kock is the^3rd generation of opticians, having completed his optics training in Rotterdam and optometry training in Utrecht. Whereas the emphasis used to be on selling glasses and contact lenses, it is increasingly shifting to eye care as well. This is because we also have an optometry department where we can do all kinds of eye examinations, including examinations for comfortable vision but also assessment of the retina and dry eyes.

Quality and genuine customer attention is at the top of our business. We regularly get people who have made a quick purchase of glasses elsewhere, but are still not completely satisfied. "It does concern your eyes, and you should take care of them," is our motto.

Kock Bril Shop has a contract with all health insurers, so claims can be submitted easily. With most health insurers, this can even be done directly by us, so you no longer have to worry about it.
